Max Players: How Many Can Play Machine Party?

Machine Party is built for a small group, and the number is confirmed: 2–4 players. Four is the maximum in the released game, and no verified setting raises that limit.
What the 2–4 range means
The player range shapes both the rounds and the social flow of a session:
- Minimum of two — you need at least two people to play. A solo run is not supported.
- Up to four — four is the confirmed ceiling. You cannot add a fifth player locally or online.
Because one player is active per round and the rest watch, the group size mostly changes how fast you rotate through the party and how often each person is "on the spot."
Why the limit matters for buying
Before you buy, count the people you can actually gather on a regular night. If your group is usually five or more, Machine Party will leave someone sitting out every round. If you mostly play one-on-one, two players is fully supported.
